  2. With all of the recent layoffs and teams completely going away, could this be a boost to the small-team owners? Lots of good engineers and mechanical/pit-crew talent out there looking for jobs. Probably at this point willing to take about any offer that floats across the table. Team owners can keep their budgets in check, and the crews get a steady paycheck.
