Bank of America is trying to sell off two major pieces of the Charlotte skyline.
The bank owns the Hearst Tower and Fifth-Third Center across the street.
The bank is trying to become more efficient and get out of the real-estate business.
Bank representatives said it is also selling a building in Manhattan, but has not said if it has any buyers for the buildings.
